1 down, 2 to go. He went really fast & was not hard at all, & the other 2 will be even easier (I won't need to worry about dealing with that RIDICULOUS fur stuff on his mane! haha) Tiger & bear, here I come!

an apple a day?

Today I crocheted a heart, a baseball coaster for mem, & an apple for Krysta, seen here (made it in about 30 minutes) =]



I'm especially proud of the leaf & stem since I completely improvised them (the stem's just the end of the piece of brown yarn I used to sew the leaf to the apple & it came out super). yay!

BISCHOFF STAFF OUTING IN NYC!

Long time no post.
Just got back from NYC for our staff outing!

No one wanted to drive the ramavan, so I volunteered. It took us like 2ish hours to get there since we left around 6ish & traffic was crazy. We did the Holland tunnel to the meatpacking district to eat at this Thai restaurant Sea. we ended up getting a parking spot right across the street from the restaurant, so it was exciting! I got this garlic & mixed veggies with shrimp. Observe:

Then we walked around the meatpacking district & looked at a bunch of stores where a pair of shoes costs more than I make in a year. BUT, Whitney Port from one of my fav reality shows lives in the meatpacking district so I kept an eye out for her... no luck though. BUT, we passed where she works: Diane Von Furstenberg:


We went further uptown to see the tree. We actually found a decent spot & i PARALLEL PARKED THE RAMAVAN!! i still cannot get over that.
& our spot was right next to Fox News, so this is for you, dad:


& the Christmas spirit was everywhere!

Ice skating at Bryant Park (right under the tree) It's like you're on stage there- hundreds of people staring & taking pics of you (we just watched people fall ahaha)



We then went on a journey to find a starbucks & finally did. Everyone was tired by then so we went back to the ramavan & headed home. Everyone was happy I drove =] haha
